About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks information to determine the feasibility of setting aside the procurement of Army Tactical Communications Systems and Information Technology training support for the 101st Airborne Division as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside contract. The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command will procure this training support and seeks responses by May 21st to assess whether at least two qualified SDVOSBs can meet the requirements. Responses will be evaluated based on company and point of contact details, interest and experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor, relevant past performance references, pricing and delivery information for the required training services, and recommendations to improve competition and identification of any restrictions to competition. The contract will require facility and Secret personnel security clearances.

The procurement has a NAICS code of 611420 for Computer Training and is set aside for SDVOSBs. The attached draft Performance Work Statement describes the required training support. There is no stated budget or value at this time. The notice seeks to determine if a small business set-aside is feasible to provide ongoing Army Tactical Communications Systems and Information Technology certification training for an unspecified quantity of personnel within the 101st Airborne Division over an indefinite delivery period.
