Salem Non-Native Invasive Plant Removal
Description of Work:
The Tahoe National Forest, Yuba River Ranger District has a need to contract non-native invasive plant removal. Work will include pulling of French Broom, Scotch broom, Spanish Broom, and separately direct efforts to pull yellow star thistle plants,piling felled material by hand. There are approximately 200 acres and plots can range in size from 1 acre to 27. The Forest Service expect to issue a firm fixed price contract to one vendor.
Location: All items are located on the Yuba River Ranger District, Tahoe National Forest. The projected start date of for work is April 7, 2014
