This government sales solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide both the purchase of used motor oil and collection services for anti-freeze, wet oil, and bad oil from Fort Knox military installation. Key contract requirements include the contractor's obligation to pick up materials bi-monthly on scheduled pickups and within five working days of special requests using an appropriately licensed and placarded pump truck with typical 3,600-gallon capacity. The evaluation criteria for award selection is based solely on the best price offered by bidders, with pricing submitted on a per-pound basis for good used motor oil and anti-freeze only. The solicitation was posted on January 27, 2026, with responses due by February 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and interested parties should direct inquiries to Jamie Daley or Anita Overton at the provided contact information.

This solicitation carries no set-aside designation and represents an open competitive opportunity with no incumbent contractor identified. The contract has an estimated annual volume of 13,000 to 20,000 gallons of used motor oil and 2,000 to 5,000 gallons of anti-freeze to be collected from fourteen standard collection points across Fort Knox and occasional isolated range sites. The agreement period spans one year, extending from the award date through February 5, 2027, with payment due within fifteen calendar days of invoice in the form of certified funds. The place of performance is Fort Knox, Kentucky, where the contractor must weigh all loads on Fort Knox scales for invoicing purposes and immediately address any material spills.
