About this opportunity

This sources sought notice is not a formal solicitation but rather an effort to assess contractor capability to deliver a two-day, 16-hour evidence-based training program certified to Air Force Instruction 90-5001 that aligns with the Air Force's suicide prevention strategy. The contractor must provide a minimum team consisting of a team leader and coaching trainer, supply all audiovisual equipment, and conduct training at The Lighthouse Chapel on the base. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the sources sought notice, the Statement of Work emphasizes compliance with Air Force suicide prevention initiatives and training quality standards. This opportunity is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, limiting competition to small business concerns. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the sources sought notice. The contractor team leader must meet with the Installation Personal Protection and Wellness (IPPW) points of contact—Mr. Ronnie Washington and Ms. Diane Smith—the day before training begins between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Central Standard Time. This is market research only; responses do not constitute binding offers, and no commitment has been made to issue a subsequent formal solicitation.
