Contractors will be required to provide 28-gallon red waste containers, maintain detailed pickup documentation, and offer incineration services at 1800°F when requested. While specific budget ranges are not disclosed, the contract will involve invoicing only for containers actually picked up and disposed of, with the potential for additional pickups and incineration services at mutually agreed rates.
