About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 2 is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified contractors capable of providing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services across three New York Harbor VA Healthcare System campuses: Manhattan, Brooklyn, and St. Albans Community Living Center. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for integrated rodent and pest management operations, with all work performed by qualified and certified applicators in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Key requirements include maintaining response availability within four hours of service requests and completing work during normal business hours (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), with emergency services available as needed. Evaluation of capability statements will be conducted solely to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, with the government assessing whether potential contractors possess the necessary certifications and demonstrated ability to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements. The deadline for interested contractors to submit responses to natalie.acevedo@va.gov is March 30, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
This is a pre-solicitation notice with no set-aside designation, and no incumbent contractor information is provided in the available materials. The notice does not include a contract award value or budget range, as this is strictly a Sources Sought inquiry for market research purposes rather than an active solicitation. No formal solicitation document currently exists, and no contract will be awarded based on this announcement; respondents will not be notified of evaluation results. Interested parties should submit their company name, address, point of contact information, a brief capability statement, and certification attestations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement to be considered in the government's assessment of available market capacity for this requirement.
