About this opportunity

This Special Notice published by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command announces the termination of a contract designated "RTWS Termination- A3A, IAS, & SEF Staff Support." The notice relates to staff support services that were being provided to multiple divisions within Headquarters Air Combat Command, including the Airspace, Ranges, and Airfield Operations Division (A3A), International Affairs Security Cooperation (IAS), and Flight Safety Division (SEF). The contract falls under the Engineering Services NAICS category (541330) and was posted on September 24, 2025. The Air Combat Command serves as the contracting agency responsible for this termination notice. No set-aside designation was applied to this procurement opportunity.

The terminated contract was intended to provide comprehensive support across several critical Air Combat Command functions, though the specific Statement of Work remains classified and not publicly available. The A3A division required technical, logistical, and operational support for ACC airfields, special use airspace, and ranges, while IAS needed support for Foreign Military Sales and foreign military participation in U.S.-hosted exercises. The SEF division's support involved safeguarding airmen, protecting resources, and preserving combat readiness for approximately 1,100 aircraft through mishap prevention and risk management initiatives. The notice does not specify particular deadlines, requirements, or eligibility criteria for contractors, as this appears to be a termination announcement rather than a solicitation for new contract opportunities. The termination affects support services that were critical to maintaining operational readiness and international cooperation within Air Combat Command's mission areas.
