The system must achieve VHA Enterprise Risk Analysis certification for network security compatibility and provide patient location tracking within 25 feet, customizable alarm parameters, patient movement detection within seconds, and 24/7/365 technical support with 8-hour onsite repair response time.
Deliverables include 40 Wi-Fi monitors, 12 star kits, timing and security controllers, networking equipment, 30 patient tags with 100 wristbands featuring tamper detection, server equipment, cabling, virtual wall pairs, and configuration services. All items must be delivered by September 29, 2027 under FOB Destination terms. The contract is firm fixed-price with NET 30 discount terms and requires compliance with VA security, privacy, and personnel vetting requirements under VAAR clauses 852.204-72 and related security provisions.
