About this opportunity
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order to Rockwell Automation INC. for the procurement of various programmable logic control hardware components. This procurement is a follow-on requirement, and the Government has determined that Rockwell Automation is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy's needs under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may respond to the requirement by emailing Jonathan Bradshaw at jonathan.p.bradshaw3.civ@us.navy.mil by 4:00 PM on April 15, 2024, but this is not a request for competitive proposals.
The contract opportunity is not set-aside, and the main NAICS code is likely 334512 (Automatic Environmental Control Manufacturing for Residential, Commercial, and Appliance Use). The Government has not provided any potential award values or budget ranges. The procurement is part of a follow-on requirement, suggesting that Rockwell Automation may be the incumbent contractor.
