About this opportunity
The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command anticipates procuring retaining rings (NSN 1H-5325-014133170-X3) under a total small business set-aside, with responses due by November 5, 2026. The acquisition is restricted to small business concerns under FAR 52.219-6. The specific set-aside type—HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, or Historically Black College or University and Minority Institution—will be designated in the formal solicitation.
Delivery is required to two DLA Distribution locations: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania (W25G1U, W1A8) and San Joaquin, Tracy, California (W62G2T, W1A8). The government holds full rights to the complete technical data package; no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions apply. The requirement is for 10 units. This A/RMSC classification indicates the item is a candidate for full and open competition among qualified small businesses. Technical specifications and qualified products lists are available through the DoD Single Stock Point at DAPS in Philadelphia or via ASSIST-Online.
