About this opportunity

The Bureau of Reclamation seeks monitoring services for the endangered Rio Grande Silvery Minnow through daily monitoring of egg collection at six river and canal sites from mid-April through mid-June. Offerors must use egg collectors and submit catch data and final reports, detailing technical, management and personnel qualifications including key staff resumes. Quotes will be evaluated based on price and technical qualifications, and must remain fixed for an initial one-year contract and four option years, with quotes due by May 7, 2021.

This requirement has been set aside for total small business concerns. Monitoring will take place along waterways in New Mexico. As an set-aside contract, maximum award values are limited by small business size standards. Incumbent contractors have provided similar endangered species monitoring services for the Bureau of Reclamation. Place of performance will be at the six specified river and canal sites for the duration of the daily monitoring period between mid-April through mid-June.
