About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting quotes for establishing an OTU-2 (10.709GB) commercial circuit within Europe through a Request for Quote (RFQ) process. This procurement falls under NAICS code 517111 for Wired Telecommunications Carriers and requires restricted access, meaning attachments are only available to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS code who provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification. The solicitation is structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Subpart 12.6, with no separate written solicitation to follow. Telecommunications providers must comply with standard FAR commercial item clauses including instructions to offerors, representations and certifications, and contract terms and conditions. Quotes must specify monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months, with the response deadline set for September 22, 2025.
This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations and is open to all qualified telecommunications carriers. The solicitation notice does not identify any current incumbents or contractors for this service requirement. No specific award values, budget ranges, or contract quantities are disclosed in the public portion of the solicitation, likely contained within the restricted access attachments. The service involves establishing telecommunications connectivity specifically within the European region, though exact locations and performance sites are not detailed in the available information. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are referenced as being outlined in the attached RFQ document, which requires appropriate registration credentials to access.
