About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DITCO) is soliciting quotations for commercially provided Virtual Private Network Services (VPNS) in Europe through this Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is restricted to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and interested vendors must provide their UEI or CAGE code to access solicitation attachments. Quotations must be structured to clearly identify monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months as applicable. The RFQ incorporates standard FAR provisions for commercial items, including FAR 52.212-1 through 52.212-5, along with terms referenced in existing DITCO Basic Agreements. The deadline for submission of quotations is January 7, 2026, with the solicitation having been posted on December 3, 2025.
This solicitation does not include a small business set-aside, and no incumbent contractor information has been identified in the notice. The specific award value, service duration timeline, and detailed performance location within Europe are outlined in the attached RFQ document, which was made available only to pre-registered entities meeting the required NAICS classification. Vendors responding to this procurement must comply with all commercial item terms and conditions as specified in the FAR clauses incorporated by reference and the applicable DITCO Basic Agreements. The acceptance criteria and requested service dates for the VPNS capability are detailed in the RFQ attachment, which must be reviewed thoroughly to ensure compliance with all technical and administrative requirements prior to quote submission.
