About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking quotes for a 50MB commercial circuit service within the Intra-Europe region under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers). This is a restricted access requirement where only entities registered under the appropriate NAICS codes may access the full solicitation attachments, requiring submission of UEI or CAGE codes for verification. The procurement follows FAR Subpart 12.6 guidelines for commercial items and incorporates standard telecommunications provider terms and conditions outlined in existing basic agreements. Quotes must specify monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months. The selection process will utilize the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria, with specific evaluation details provided in the attached RFQ. The solicitation was posted on July 8, 2025, with quotes due by August 7, 2025.
This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations, making it a full and open competition among qualified telecommunications providers. The solicitation document serves as both the synopsis and the complete solicitation, meaning no separate written solicitation will be issued. While the opportunity mentions specific service dates and acceptance criteria detailed in the attached RFQ, these technical specifications are only available to verified entities meeting the NAICS code requirements. No incumbent contractors, specific award values, or budget ranges are disclosed in the public notice. The requested service involves establishing telecommunications infrastructure within the European theater, though specific performance locations and implementation timelines are restricted to qualified bidders with proper verification credentials.
