About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has issued Request for Quotation (RFQ) HC102126QA067 for a 50 MB commercial circuit to support intra-Europe telecommunications services. Eligible offerors must be registered Wired Telecommunications Carriers (NAICS 517111) and must possess a current DITCO Basic Agreement signed by both the Government and the Contractor prior to submitting quotes. This acquisition incorporates the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) framework and is being evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with detailed evaluation criteria available in the DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text (DATT) attached to the solicitation. Quotations must clearly identify pricing as Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC), Non-Recurring Charges (NRC), and any applicable tiered pricing for additional service months. The solicitation closes on May 13, 2026, and access to restricted solicitation attachments requires offerors to provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification purposes.
This solicitation carries no small business set-aside designation, and no specific incumbent contractor or award value information is provided in the notice. The specific quantity metrics, service timeline, and place of performance details are outlined in the attached solicitation documents rather than summarized in the announcement itself. Offerors should note that this is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services prepared under FAR Part 12, and the announcement constitutes the only solicitation—no separate written solicitation will be issued. All provisions, clauses, and any applicable deviations can be accessed through the Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul resources at acquisition.gov and the DFARS/FAR Overhaul class deviations website. Prospective contractors should ensure they meet all technical and administrative requirements before the May 13, 2026 deadline.
