About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting quotations for a 200 MB commercial lease for intra-Europe telecommunications services through this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is restricted to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and interested parties must provide their UEI or CAGE code to access detailed solicitation documents and attachments. The contract will be awarded based on commercial item terms and conditions in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, with pricing structured as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and tiered pricing for additional service months as applicable. The specific service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached RFQ documentation. The deadline for submission of quotations is January 23, 2026, with the solicitation having been posted on December 4, 2025.
This solicitation carries no small business set-aside, meaning it is open to all qualified telecommunications providers meeting the registration requirements. The notice does not disclose an incumbent contractor, award value, or specific budget range. The service is designated for intra-Europe delivery, indicating the place of performance spans European locations. While the exact timeline for service initiation and duration is contained in the attached RFQ, offerors should anticipate that pricing submissions must clearly delineate all monthly recurring charges and any non-recurring setup or installation costs. Interested telecommunications carriers should ensure compliance with all applicable FAR clauses referenced in the solicitation, including representations, certifications, and contract terms for commercial items.
