This procurement falls under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and the PSC category DG11 (IT and Telecom - Network: Satellite Communications and Telecom Access Services). Qualified telecommunications providers must submit pricing structured by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for extended service months. Interested parties must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code and submit responses by the January 9, 2026 deadline, with December 4, 2025 marked as the posting date.

The specific award value, incumbent contractor information, and detailed service timeline are not disclosed in the solicitation notice itself but are contained within the attached RFQ documentation. The requirement specifies a commercial lease arrangement for 200 MB of telecommunications capacity with a geographic scope limited to intra-Europe operations. Interested vendors should note that this announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued, and no separate written solicitation document will be provided beyond this RFQ. Offerors must comply with applicable FAR clauses and provide pricing that reflects both initial deployment costs and ongoing monthly service charges.
