About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking quotations for a 200 MB commercial telecommunications circuit for intra-Europe connectivity through this Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a restricted access solicitation limited to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and interested parties must provide their UEI or CAGE code to access the detailed requirements and attachments. All quoted prices must be submitted as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months, with specific service dates and acceptance criteria outlined in the attached RFQ documentation. The solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and will be evaluated based on the terms and conditions outlined in the DITCO Basic Agreements and Section M of the procurement documents. The deadline for submission of quotations is January 9, 2026, which was extended from the original due date through Amendment 0001.
This procurement carries no small business set-aside designation and is open to all qualified telecommunications providers meeting the NAICS classification requirements. The solicitation does not identify any incumbent contractors or specific award values in the available documentation. The specific service location is intra-Europe, indicating that the telecommunications circuit will serve operations within the European theater. The RFQ incorporates standard federal commercial item terms and conditions under FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3 (Alternate I), 52.212-4, and 52.212-5, establishing the legal and contractual framework that all offerors must accept. Prospective contractors should note that this announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued, and no separate written solicitation document will follow.
