About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is soliciting quotes for the establishment of a 10MB commercial circuit within the Intra-Europe region under solicitation HC102125QA112, which has been amended twice (Amendment 0002). This procurement is structured as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial telecommunications services under the NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers). Access to the solicitation attachments is restricted to entities registered under the appropriate NAICS code and requires submission of UEI or CAGE codes for verification purposes. Telecommunications providers must comply with standard FAR commercial item clauses and DITCO Basic Agreement provisions, with pricing structures required to include monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and tier pricing for additional service months. The government will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process for evaluation, and quotes are due by October 14, 2025.

This solicitation does not include any small business set-aside designations and is open to all qualifying telecommunications providers. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the available documentation. The requirement involves establishing a single 10MB bandwidth commercial telecommunications circuit, though specific service timelines and acceptance criteria are detailed in the attached RFQ documents that are only accessible to registered entities. The service is designated for the Intra-Europe region, indicating the circuit will operate within European geographic boundaries. Interested vendors must be properly registered and provide appropriate identification codes to access the complete solicitation requirements and technical specifications.
