About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting quotations for the establishment of a 100GB Ethernet commercial circuit for intra-Europe connectivity through this Request for Quote (RFQ), Amendment 0003. This is a restricted access procurement limited to entities registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers), and interested vendors must provide their UEI or CAGE code to access solicitation attachments. Quotations must clearly itemize pricing by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for extended service months. The solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis and commercial items acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, incorporating standard commercial item terms and conditions outlined in the DITCO Basic Agreements and Section M of the attached documentation. The deadline for submission of quotations is May 4, 2026, and this announcement serves as the only solicitation notice; no separate written solicitation document will be issued.

This procurement carries no small business set-aside designation and is not restricted to any particular category of vendors beyond the NAICS code requirement. The solicitation notice does not specify the award value, budget range, or anticipated contract term, with these details expected to be contained in the attached RFQ documentation. Performance requirements and acceptance criteria for the requested service date are outlined in the complete RFQ attachment. Quotations will be evaluated based on the terms, conditions, and evaluation methodology established in the attached solicitation document and incorporated FAR/DFARS clauses applicable to commercial items and telecommunications services. The place of performance involves the provision of intra-Europe Ethernet circuit services, though specific network endpoints and geographic scope are detailed in the restricted-access RFQ documentation.
