About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking telecommunications services through a request for quote (RFQ) for a 1 GB commercial lease in Southwest Asia under solicitation HC102125QA026, which has been amended three times (Amendment 0003 being the most recent). This is a restricted access procurement requiring entities to be registered under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and provide their UEI or CAGE code for verification to access attachments. The solicitation follows FAR Subpart 12.6 format for commercial items and incorporates standard commercial terms and conditions including various FAR clauses for commercial items. Quotes must specify monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any tier pricing for additional service months as applicable. The evaluation will use a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with quotes due by August 1, 2025.

This procurement does not utilize any small business set-aside designations and is open to all qualified telecommunications providers meeting the NAICS code requirements. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the solicitation notice. The service appears to involve providing 1 GB telecommunications capacity, though specific quantity details beyond this are not provided in the summary. The place of performance is identified as Southwest Asia, indicating this is likely supporting military or defense operations in that geographic region. The requested service date and detailed acceptance criteria are contained within the attached RFQ document that is available only to verified, qualified telecommunications providers.
