This announcement constitutes the Request for Quotes; and a separate Request for Quotes will not be issued. The Securities and Exchange Commission has a requirement for due diligence report services for its Washington, DC Headquarters. The period of performance will be from the date of award to one year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) Code is 523999- Miscellaneous Financial Investment Activities and the acquisition action is under FAR Part 12. Quotes are being requested. A copy of Request for Quotes No. SECHQ1-10-Q-0087 may be downloaded, along with all associated documents, at this site. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors---Commercial Items, 52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications---Commercial Items", 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions---Commercial Items" and 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders---Commercial Items. The Contractor shall provide all facilities, labor, material and equipment. POTENTIAL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR.GOV) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price type contract. Questions can be addressed to R. Witherspoon at (202) 551-7319 or Terry Coley, Contracting Officer via e-mail to witherspoonr@sec.gov and coleyt@sec.gov. The Technical and Business Quotes are due no later than 4: 30 p.m. on August 20, 2010. Late quotes will not be accepted or considered.
