About this opportunity
The Department of State is seeking quotations for business cards and printed items through a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with responsible vendors. The solicitation requires offerors to provide business cards meeting specific technical specifications, including black text on the front, a gold U.S. Seal with heat press and goffering, dimensions of 50 x 90 mm, and options for white or ivory paper in quantities of 250, 500, or 1,000 units, along with other standard printed items such as invitation or greeting cards. Quotations will be evaluated based on lowest price for technically acceptable and responsible offerors, with award potentially made to multiple vendors. Key evaluation factors outlined in Section 4 of the solicitation must be addressed, and offerors are required to submit a completed SF-1449 form, representations and certifications, proof of SAM registration, and a quality assurance plan. The deadline for quotation submission is January 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. local time, with all submissions required to be in English and sent electronically to genevaprocurement2@state.gov; incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
This solicitation includes no set-aside designations and is open to all qualified vendors. The estimated total contract value is $50,000 over five years, with a maximum single purchase limit of $10,000 per order under each BPA. The place of performance is Chambésy, Switzerland, where the U.S. Mission Geneva is located. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to proposal submission, with registration typically requiring at least two weeks; failure to complete SAM registration by the submission deadline may result in the proposal being deemed incomplete and ineligible for consideration. Early SAM registration is strongly encouraged for interested vendors seeking to respond to this requirement.
