About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking quotes for a 1GB commercial telecommunications circuit with endpoints located within Europe through this Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement falls under NAICS code 517111 for Wired Telecommunications Carriers and requires restricted access, meaning only entities registered under the appropriate NAICS code with valid UEI or CAGE codes can access the full solicitation documents. Telecommunications providers must comply with standard FAR commercial item provisions and existing DITCO Basic Agreements, with all pricing structured as monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The evaluation will utilize a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, with specific criteria detailed in the attached RFQ documentation. The solicitation was posted on June 18, 2025, with quotes due by August 6, 2025, and includes Amendment 0001 to the original requirements.
This procurement does not include any small business set-aside designation, making it a full and open competition among qualified telecommunications carriers. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the available solicitation information. The circuit capacity is specified as 1GB with service endpoints required to be positioned within European locations, though specific countries or cities are not detailed in the public portion of the solicitation. The requested service date and detailed acceptance criteria are outlined in the restricted-access RFQ attachment that is only available to registered entities. Performance will occur within Europe based on the endpoint requirements, with the telecommunications provider responsible for establishing and maintaining the commercial circuit connection between the specified locations.
