The contractor will be responsible for semi-annual maintenance on three Remeha Quinta ACE 45 gas water heaters and one Fulton Condensing Hydronic VTG-2000 gas/fuel boiler located at the embassy facility. Prospective offerors must complete Standard Form SF-18, provide pricing details, submit representations and certifications, and maintain current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The government intends to award to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price, potentially without holding discussions. Critical dates include a mandatory site visit on July 9, 2025, at 10 A.M. local time, with building access arrangements required by July 7, 2025, and final quotation submission deadline of July 28, 2025, at 3 P.M. local time.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designation and is open to full and open competition. The contract structure includes an initial one-year performance period with four optional one-year extensions, establishing a potential five-year total contract duration. The solicitation requires a firm fixed price that must include proper disposal of any toxic substances generated during maintenance activities. Work will be performed at the U.S. Embassy located at John Adams Park 1, 2244 BZ Wassenaar, Netherlands. The maintenance services are classified under NAICS code 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and PSC code 4410 for Industrial Boilers. While specific dollar values are not disclosed in the available documentation, the recurring nature of semi-annual maintenance across multiple years suggests a substantial ongoing service commitment.
