AMENDMENT 000001
The purpose of this amendment is to provide the initial vendor Q&A, as well as the presentation slides and attendee list from the pre-proposal conferences, which were held September 12, 2016 and September 15, 2016.
Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendment in Block 14 on the Standard Form (SF) 33, and submit the completed SF33 with their proposal.
USEPA will issue additional amendments, as required, to make corrections/clarifications the solicitation and answer additional vendor questions.
In response to a request received by multiple vendors, USEPA will establish an official "Interested Vendors List", which will be made public.
