About this opportunity
Joint Staff J35 South is issuing a Request for Information on GFM Decision-Ready Data Products (Gold Tables) Services in the SIPRNet War Data Platform, with responses due by July 15, 2026. This is market research, not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.
The RFI seeks feedback from industry, academia, and federal lab consortiums on technical approaches, suggested modifications to the Performance Work Statement, and rough order magnitude cost estimates for work across the Future Years Defense Program. Respondents should address the complete Bronze-Silver-Gold Medallion Architecture for ingesting raw Global Force Management data, cleaning and validating it, and curating decision-ready Gold Tables aligned with Joint Fires Network and Intelligence Community standards for business intelligence tools and AI/ML model training. The work requires establishing repeatable end-to-end GFM data lifecycle processes using modern Digital Engineering and DataOps best practices with Government Off-The-Shelf and Commercial Off-The-Shelf technologies including Databricks and cloud-native architectures, active data governance with automated quality monitoring, continuous requirements discovery, and AI vectorization and embedding generation pipelines to deliver tables in "AI-Ready State" for Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector store ingestion.
Key personnel must include Program Manager, AI Deployment Strategist, Senior Data Engineer, Data Quality Engineer, Data Reliability Engineer, and Technical Writer with demonstrable experience in Databricks, Medallion Architecture, and vector storage pipelines; all personnel must maintain security clearances commensurate with SIPRNet access. Work is performed primarily within the SIPRNet War Data Platform environment with initial operational capability deliverable nine months into the base period. Respondents should provide organization name, CAGE Code or UEID, point of contact, company capabilities summary, facilities description, and past experience relevant to the scope.
