About this opportunity
The United States Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) has issued Request for Information (RFI) #2026-S-063 for Cybersecurity Support Services. This Special Notice, posted on April 22, 2026, is a market research initiative designed solely to gather information about available cybersecurity service capabilities in the marketplace. The RFI explicitly clarifies that this is not a binding commitment to procure services, does not constitute a Request for Proposal, and does not promise future contract solicitations. The SAA is seeking to understand vendor capabilities and market options to inform future planning and procurement strategies related to cybersecurity support. All responses are voluntary, and the government will not pay for any costs associated with responding to this inquiry.
Interested contractors must submit responses electronically to acquisitions@saa.senate.gov by 1:00 PM EST on May 5, 2026, with the subject line "RFI #2026-S-063 Cybersecurity Support," limited to 15 pages excluding cover pages and appendices. The SAA is soliciting information on comprehensive cybersecurity services across multiple domains including managed security services, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, endpoint detection and response, Security Operations Center services, and incident response capabilities, with particular emphasis on emerging technologies such as AI/ML-driven threat analysis, zero-trust architecture, and cloud security solutions. All proposed personnel must maintain a minimum Secret clearance, and proposed solutions should integrate with ServiceNow platforms while adhering to federal standards including FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST compliance requirements. Respondents are encouraged to demonstrate scalability for large-scale federal deployments supporting 50,000+ users, provide estimated deployment timelines and costs, and offer recommendations for streamlining procurement and fostering innovation in the cybersecurity domain.
