About this opportunity

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from industry regarding services and support needed for its Capability and Service Requirements Office (CSRO). The CSRO is responsible for conducting analysis of major requirements impacting DISA's Service Portfolio and serving as DISA's liaison to the Joint Staff governing bodies. DISA is seeking information on industry's ability to provide services related to requirements elicitation, technical documentation, analysis, subject matter expertise, and collaborative tool development and maintenance. Respondents should include details on relevant contract vehicles, specific tools/technologies used, quality assurance approaches, and requirements analysis methodologies. Responses are due by December 3, 2024 and should be limited to 3 pages. DISA may choose to hold one-on-one discussions with potential offerors for further clarification, but this RFI is for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.

This requirement is not set aside for any specific business size or type. The value of any potential future contract has not been disclosed. While some of the work is currently performed under an existing contract, the new requirement will adjust the scope to combine existing and new requirements. DISA anticipates releasing the solicitation in the 3rd quarter of FY25, but the procurement strategy has not yet been determined.
