About this opportunity

The United States Marine Corps (USMC), through its Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS) and Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), has issued a Special Notice requesting white papers for the design, development, and delivery of a Suite of Training Systems (STS) to support the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV). The STS includes three desired systems: the Electronic Classroom, the Diagnostic Task Trainer, and the Part Task Trainer.

The purpose of this Special Notice is to gather information and solutions from interested participants on the development of these ACV training systems. Key requirements include submitting white papers by October 31, 2024, which may lead to the award of one or more prototype projects valued at $6-12 million. Participants will need to demonstrate their capabilities in areas such as engineering drawings, prototype manufacturing, and test support. The USMC is open to leveraging commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and encouraging small business participation, with the ultimate goal of procuring the full training solutions, materials, equipment, and logistics to support the ACV and its operational missions.
