The contractor must be California-licensed with a minimum of three years of commercial building cleaning experience and certified in window cleaning and janitorial services. Interested vendors should submit a capability statement (no more than three pages) addressing company profile, CAGE Code, UEI number, socio-economic status (small business, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB designations if applicable), relevant experience and licensing, technical approach to high-reach windows, and feedback on lift or scaffolding equipment recommendations for a two-story atrium. The Government will provide facility blueprints, base access, and utilities but furnishes no tools, equipment, or materials.
