About this opportunity
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is seeking industry feedback through a Request for Information (RFI) on a potential solicitation to support the analytical capacity of data from the National Survey of Early Care and Education (NSECE). The key objectives are to create and enhance restricted-use NSECE data files for archiving and analysis, develop technical and training products to facilitate NSECE data access and analysis by researchers, implement enhancements to public and restricted use NSECE files, and conduct specialized analyses to answer critical policy questions. The RFI poses detailed questions about the respondent's capabilities and experience in areas such as handling large complex data sets, conducting disclosure risk analysis, linking datasets, rapid data analysis, and communicating findings to various stakeholders. Responses to this RFI are due by November 14, 2025.
This RFI does not have any set-aside designation, and the government has not identified any potential incumbents or current contractors. The anticipated award value or budget range for this effort is not provided. The contract will be structured as a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with a 60-month period of performance.
