About this opportunity

The United States Agency for International Development, Kenya and East Africa (USAID/KEA) is seeking input from stakeholders to help design a new four-year elections support program focused on the 2027 electoral cycle in Kenya. The program aims to build citizen trust and confidence in Kenya's electoral institutions and processes. USAID/KEA is particularly interested in input on three key program outcomes: making electoral institutions and processes more accountable, efficient and effective; increasing citizen participation in electoral and political processes; and enhancing the meaningful inclusion of women, youth, persons with disabilities and other special interest groups. Respondents are invited to provide input on these focus areas by August 16, 2024, and USAID/KEA may hold an industry day with selected entities at a later date.

This is an open, unrestricted procurement with no set-aside designation. USAID/KEA is reaching out to the market to determine the scope of industry capabilities and interest, and the information provided will be treated as informational only. No potential incumbents or current contractors are mentioned, and the notice does not specify any award values or budget ranges. The program will be implemented over a four-year period from 2025 to 2028, focused on the 2027 electoral cycle in Kenya.
