About this opportunity

The General Services Administration (GSA), specifically the Technology Transformation Services (TTS), is conducting market research to develop a robust and scalable Case Management System (CMS) for managing fraud investigations and remediation for Login.gov. The primary objective is to understand the current technology landscape and identify potential contractors capable of delivering an advanced fraud case management solution. This Request for Information (RFI) seeks detailed capability statements from interested vendors, with responses due by January 31, 2025, at 5:30 PM ET. Vendors must submit their responses via email to Jonah Jordan and Michelle Roberts, providing comprehensive information about their case management system's features, including investigation interfaces, search capabilities, workflow automation, data security, and regulatory compliance. The government will use the submitted information to determine the availability of technically capable firms and develop a thorough acquisition strategy.

This RFI does not represent a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract, and there are currently no specific set-aside designations for the potential procurement. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the documentation. Respondents are required to submit capability statements limited to 10 pages, using a minimum 10-point font, and including company information, product details, pricing information, FedRAMP authorization status, and relevant past performance with federal clients. The RFI is posted on SAM.gov and GSA eBuy, and all submissions will become government property. Importantly, not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in future solicitations, and the government retains flexibility in its ultimate acquisition approach.
