About this opportunity
The Department of Health and Human Services Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking information from contractors regarding their capability to provide behavioral health case management and behavioral health services for separated families. This Request for Information requires respondents to submit a technical response of up to 10 pages addressing their ability to complete 6 specific tasks outlined in the attached government file, along with up to 2 additional pages for questions or issues for government consideration. Contractors must discuss their business size, current human resources capacity, ability to ramp up operations in the short term, and experience managing widespread national programs with potential international components. The government is particularly interested in contractors' ability to operate either as prime contractors subcontracting portions of work or as partners willing to work with multiple awardees performing individual tasks. Technical responses are due July 28, 2025, via email to JJi@hrsa.gov.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and no incumbent contractors are identified in the notice. The government is contemplating a contract structure with a one-year base period of performance followed by two one-year option periods, creating a potential total contract duration of up to three years. Contractors unable to perform all six required tasks are encouraged to specify which task numbers they can handle and express their interest level and commitment to serving as collaborative partners. The notice does not provide specific award values or budget ranges for the anticipated contract. The abbreviated response timeframe of two weeks from posting to submission deadline suggests this may be a time-sensitive re-competition of existing services.
