About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), on behalf of the Capability Program Executive for Ground Combat Platforms, is seeking non-personal maneuver readiness support services for ground combat vehicle program offices through this Request for Information (RFI). The RFI serves as a market survey to identify qualified sources with the necessary technical expertise, resources, and experience to support this capability. Respondents should address their technical capabilities and relevant experience in maneuver readiness support for ground combat platforms. The Government will evaluate responses to understand market capabilities and identify potential future sources but has not committed to issuing a formal solicitation or awarding a contract based on this RFI. Responses are due by May 22, 2026, and all costs associated with preparing and submitting responses are the responsibility of interested parties, with submitted data not being returned to respondents.
This RFI is issued with no set-aside designation, making it open to all eligible contractors. The Government reserves the right to solicit for all or portions of the stated requirements separately and in the best interest of the Government, and respondents may choose to answer in full or in part. No information regarding current incumbents, award values, or specific budget ranges is provided in this notice. The RFI does not represent a binding commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to fund or award any contract, and interested parties should note that this is exploratory in nature to gather market intelligence on available capabilities and potential sources for future ground combat vehicle program support requirements.
