The RFI seeks information on the respondents' technical expertise, relevant past performance, and any questions regarding the requirements, which include developing application materials, conducting outreach and publicity, coordinating the reviewer selection process, checking application compliance and eligibility, supporting the merit review process, and providing related administrative services. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. ET on May 16, 2024.
