About this opportunity

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify capable organizations that can provide program evaluation services. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research and gauge industry interest in evaluating the performance of USAID's Local Works program and how it fits within a wider analysis of USAID's localization efforts. USAID is seeking responses from U.S. and non-U.S. based entities, including NGOs, academic institutions, research institutions, and private sector organizations, with relevant experience in program evaluation, using participatory methods, managing multi-country research or evaluation consortia, and evaluating donor policies and processes. Responses to this RFI are due by June 3, 2024 and must be submitted via the provided Google Form link. USAID will not provide any clarifications or respond to questions about this RFI, and any potential solicitation resulting from this market research is contingent on the availability of funds.

There is no set-aside designation for this RFI, and USAID has not named any potential incumbents or current contractors. The agency has not provided any information about potential award values or budget ranges. Additionally, USAID is not seeking technical or cost proposals at this time, and a solicitation announcement/date for the aforementioned services has not yet been determined.
