About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks a firm fixed-price construction contract to replace Taxiway Whiskey Phase IV at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District will award a contract to repair and replace existing taxiway pavements, shoulders, drainage, signage, lighting systems, duct banks, paint and markings; re-align taxiways; and construct temporary facilities. Offerors must detail plans to handle concrete mix design approvals, as they will prepare at least two mix designs using different fly ash sources. Proposals are due by July 14, 2021 and will be evaluated based on technical qualifications, past performance, and price. The period of performance is 450 calendar days from notice to proceed.

There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The primary NAICS code is 237990 and PSC code is F999.
