This market research initiative is designed to identify qualified businesses interested in providing these specialized repair services under what is anticipated to be a firm, fixed-price contract structure. Interested parties must submit their responses electronically to reyeswiltz@wapa.gov with the subject line "SOURCES SOUGHT" by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, July 14, 2025. This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to both small and large businesses, with the Small Business Administration's size standard determination set at $12.5 million for the applicable NAICS code. No incumbent contractors or current service providers are mentioned in the announcement, indicating this is a new requirement for WAPA. The Government anticipates making one award resulting from this procurement, though no specific contract value or budget range has been disclosed in the sources sought notice. The timeline for service delivery and duration of the repair work has not been specified, as this announcement serves solely as a market research tool to inform the Government's acquisition strategy. WAPA emphasizes that this is not a request for proposals and that responding businesses will not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparing their capability statements.
