About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is soliciting a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of the Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP) and Digital Map Processor (DMP) used in F-15E aircraft. The contract requires all necessary parts and labor to test and repair these electronic components, with the services to be performed under a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement with the Air Force Sustainment Center. As a specialized repair requirement for precision military equipment, the procurement will be conducted through other than full and open procedures under FAR Part 6.302 based on the justification that the property and services are available from only one responsible source. The Government does not own the necessary production-level technical data to support this requirement, making technical expertise and capability critical qualifications for contractors. The solicitation was issued on January 14, 2026, with proposals due by February 16, 2026, at 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
This procurement carries no set-aside designations and is anticipated to be awarded solely to Honeywell International (CAGE 07187), the only known source with adequate knowledge and technical data for these components. The contract will be a one-year Definitive Contract covering the repair of 15 units of ADCP (NSN: 1270-01-562-6566 FX, PN: 8525470-951) and 50 units of DMP (NSN: 5895-01-444-5142 FX, PN: 8520305-911), totaling 65 units across both component types. The specific repairs must ensure compatibility with F-15E equipment specifications and may include sanitization, engineering support, and configuration management services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Performance of the contract will take place in Warner Robins, Georgia 31098, at the Air Force Materiel Command facility, supporting the 638th Supply Chain Management Group and related supply chain operations.
