About this opportunity

The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is seeking repair services for hydraulic servovalves through RFQ 70Z03825QH0000119, specifically targeting two hydraulic servovalves with NSN 4820-01-475-5713 and Part Number 130628-2. This procurement requires contractors to be either an FAA Repair Facility, OEM Certified Repair Facility, or DoD Certified Repair Facility capable of performing depot-level maintenance and repair to bring components to Ready for Issue condition. Contractors must provide full traceability for parts, submit a Certificate of Airworthiness, maintain a Quality Control Manual, and use only new replacement parts traceable to the Original Equipment Manufacturer. The evaluation will be conducted on a lowest priced, technically acceptable basis, representing the best value to the Government. Quotations are due by September 5, 2025, with technical questions directed to Angela.L.Watts@uscg.mil and D05-SMB-LRS-PROCUREMENT@uscg.mil.

This is an unrestricted procurement with no set-aside designation, allowing all responsible sources to compete under the small business size standard of $40,000,000. The initial requirement calls for a quantity of two hydraulic servovalves, with an option for the Coast Guard to increase the quantity by three additional units within 365 days of the initial award date, potentially resulting in a maximum order of five units total. The contract will be structured as a firm-fixed price purchase order, though specific dollar values are not disclosed in the solicitation materials. Performance will occur at the contractor's facilities on a dock-to-dock delivery basis, with comprehensive quality assurance and environmental compliance required throughout the repair process. No incumbent contractors are identified, and the agency has noted that no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the Coast Guard for this opportunity.
