The contractor must complete repairs within 90 calendar days after receipt of materials and deliver the components to Elizabeth City, North Carolina, with early and partial deliveries acceptable. Key performance requirements include providing a Teardown and Inspection Report within five days of receipt, conducting thorough cleaning to remove hazardous dust, furnishing FAA airworthiness release Form 8130-3 or EASA Form-1 certificates, and submitting a Certificate of Conformance with each repaired component.
