No incumbent contractor is identified in this notice, and interested vendors should indicate whether they will serve as prime contractors or subcontractors. The project must comply with Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria and will utilize conventional design and construction methods to meet current standards for both classified and non-classified spaces.
