About this opportunity
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) through Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) Mine Warfare Program Office (PMS 495) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Remote Minehunting (RMH) Module in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025. The procurement seeks an Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV)-based solution capable of detecting, classifying, and localizing various types of mines. The scope of work encompasses RMH Module production, associated engineering support, and spare parts provision. The solicitation will be conducted under FAR Part 15 procedures as a full-and-open competition. This pre-solicitation notice was posted on August 25, 2025, with a response deadline of September 9, 2025, though the government emphasizes this is for informational purposes only and is not accepting proposals at this time.
This opportunity carries no set-aside designation and will be open to all qualified contractors.
