The primary objective is to support mobile refrigeration needs for military units deployed in the field, with the contractor responsible for supplying all necessary labor, materials, and maintenance for the trucks. This solicitation is classified under the NAICS category for Truck, Utility Trailer, and RV Rental and Leasing (NAICS 532120) and the PSC category for Equipment Lease or Rental of Ground Vehicles. The contract is a nonpersonal service requirement for the G3, Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), with proposals due by February 28, 2025. The solicitation is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, meaning only small businesses are eligible to compete for this contract opportunity. The contract will be performed at Fort Johnson, which serves as a major training facility for U.S. Army units from around the world and home station combat units. Although specific award values are not provided, the requirement involves providing mobile refrigeration trucks that can support military training and deployment needs.
