Notice text

Notice to the Trade: Refresher Training for Submitting a Vendor Response in WBSCM for Long Term Contract (LTC)-Type Solicitations (ie, Indefinitely Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)-Differential Price/State Bidding for Cheese and Butter)

The Agricultural Marketing Service will provide vendors an opportunity to attend a live, instructor-led training demonstration via a web-based meeting. The training will focus on the process to create and submit a vendor response in WBSCM for the LTC-type (ie, IDIQ - Differential Price/State Bidding) solicitations expected to be published soon. Please note that the bidding process has not changed from last year; this demonstration is merely being offered as a courtesy for any interested vendors.

The training session will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, from 1:00pm - 2:00 pm CT. Anyone who wishes to participate must submit their name, email address and company name to patricia.wagner@ams.usda.gov.

Participants will receive an email on September 16 by 12:15pm confirming the date and time of the training session, along with call-in and web access details. Please follow the instructions in the meeting notice carefully for the web-based training as the software (AT&T Connect iMeeting) may be new to all users. In order to start the meeting on time, please join the meeting at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

If you have any questions regarding the training, please contact Patty Wagner at patricia.wagner@ams.usda.gov or call 816-823-3200.
