RECOVERYThis is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and supervision required to complete the designated work. The George Washington Memorial Parkway (GWMP), McLean, Virginia, a division of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior, is seeking to rehabilitate a designated section of the median road shoulder along the parkway.
