The General Service Administration (GSA) and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Division intends to award one task order for contractor support under Contract CFM Services for EPA East and West and the Connecting Wing.
The EPA East, West and Connecting Wing has been selected to undergo recommissioning under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) by the General Services Administration (GSA). The A/E performing the survey has a limited 120 days to complete the project and produce a Design-Build Scope of Work for GSA to contract the suggested modifications.
GSA is seeking assistance to assist the architect/engineer (A/E) in performing testing of EPA East, West and Connecting Wings' mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, including the building automation system. The government total estimate of hours for the support service is 183.
This is a labor hour type order against the awardees Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Government reserves the right to reduce staffing levels in accordance with need.
Scheduling, control, and supervision of the Contractor's employees are the Contractor's sole responsibility.
