The David D. Terry Project consists of a 110-foot-wide by 600-foot-long navigation lock and a gated spillway with eighteen 60-foot-wides by 27-foot-high tainter gates. The concrete spillway piers have numerous cracks resulting from Alkali-Silica Reactivity (ASR).
